On Saturday, September 29, The first Annual Jay Hoffpauir Open Car Show was held in Baton Rouge, LA. The show, benefiting the American Cancer Society, was organized by DFW Cats Club member Ben Rosenstein in memory of Jay Hoffpauir, a local businessman and car enthusiast.

Over 50 cars showed up, and $2,000.00 was raised for the American Cancer Society. Ben plans to make this an annual event, and next year's show is scheduled for September 21, 2002.
